Flight Tickets

  • Non-refundable
  • Tickets can be kept on hold and rescheduled within 365 days (for Vietjet: 180 days).
  • Date changes are subject to airline regulations and may incur additional fees.

Hotels & Cruises

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to each hotel’s or cruise’s policy.
  • We will support you in reviewing and processing these policies on a case-by-case basis.

Group Tours

  • Free cancellation: up to 2 days before departure
  • 50% cancellation fee: for cancellations made before 6:00 PM the day prior to departure.
  • 100% cancellation fee: for cancellations made after 6:00 PM the day prior to departure.

Private Tours

  • Cancel at least 07 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee
  • Cancel at least 03 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
